- The lacy irridescence of dragon fly wings as they zip around our pond;
- The sounds of the drums and singing at the services on Friday and Saturday that gave wings to send my brother-in-law's soul home;
- The happy wings of the little barn swallows as they took their first flights last week. I think there were several families learning to fly that evening - the air was full of swooping birds!
