I got most of the fiber at the Black Sheep Gathering last summer. Now that it's all spun up, I have lots of Shetland to spin.
Pictures of the actual finished objects will be shown AFTER Christmas.
Stories of everyday life on our farm, featuring cats, our little flock of Shetland Sheep and garden life, plus a recipe to try every once in a while. Wait, now there is spinning and crocheting, don't forget spinning and crocheting all that Shetland wool... So, thanks for stopping by - who knows what you'll find!!

Beautiful yarn. Did you dye it or did you have the mill dye it? Can't wait to see your finished hats!
Everything look great. I think they will make great hats!
Those balls of yarn are a definite work of art! Beautiful!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day! I'm glad to have followed the link to yours. Those balls of yarn are beautiful, I can't wait to see your finished products. It is also nice to "meet" another crocheter in this wide world of knitters. :) Though I can hardly say I am a "crocheter," I only know the double and single stitches but just bought a book to learn more!
Beautiful yarn! Looks very even, and the colors are lovely. You're doing such a great job of spinning, my friend!
