And maybe a little parrot sitting on his shoulder - Yeah, that's it, an orange and green parrot - who speaks in Portugese...
George is looking out over Bellingham Bay to see if there are any ships that might be hauling 'nip or Party Mix that he could Pirate upon. Mostly the Party Mix - he's not much into the 'nip...
