I know what you mean. Every now and then, when I'm searching through my on-line albums, I'll come across pictures of Buddy. A wave of saddness sweeps over me...
They knew they were loved.
Hens and chickens make me feel nastalgic. We grew them in California but it's too cold here. I'm always thrilled when I see in someone's yard.
