Hens & chickens that needed to have some of their winter detritus cleaned off was one of the pictures I took a year ago today.
There were lots of pictures of Neelix in that file too, but, even after six months, I am still too sad to include them here.

I know what you mean. Every now and then, when I'm searching through my on-line albums, I'll come across pictures of Buddy. A wave of saddness sweeps over me...

Hens and chickens make me feel nastalgic. We grew them in California but it's too cold here. I'm always thrilled when I see in someone's yard.
