Darn it all anyway. Our garden just sucked this year. It was either too cool way too late, or too dry and hot. Now we're back to cool again with nighttime temps in the high 30s here. Sigh.
What I really meant was how nice John's corn looks. ;)
My garden was non existent here--except some peppers. What a stinkin' gardening year. And, oh yeah, what Kathy said...John's corn looks yummy...

Thank you, it has been wonderful to have that sweet yummy corn every night for the past three weeks - It has such good flavor that you don't even need butter! (I know that's sacrilegious - especially for someone who could be called "Miss Butter 1952")
We're waiting for the third planting to come on now and hoping that the racoons don't get it before we do. T.
We've never been able to grow corn well here and I haven't even purchased any local sweet corn this year. Can you believe Brian doesn't like it on the cob? I do, and now I'm STARVING for it after seeing your photo!
