I went back to pictures from 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 and I picked out some rather iconic pictures of mid-June for you today.This has always been one of my favorite shots of our flock - in fact, it was published in our local paper in the "Pets" section.
All of The Shepherd's azaleas are done blooming for this year - but a couple of years ago, they were still in full bloom mid June
This is the beautiful bouquet that we had for our Flower Communion a couple of years ago - everyone just brings a few flowers from their garden and at the end of the service everyone gets a flower to take home.
The blueberries are growing and growing
And last year, I was madly spinning this beautiful blue & "shades of other" targhee so I would have a project to work on for our trip to Black Sheep. I made a sweater for our friend's daughter - it turned out really great for the first time that I'd made something besides a rectangular baby blanket!

Hi Tina, since I'm a new visitor to your blog - got here from another blog - the look back was fun...loved the sheep! The flowers are lovely - The Shepherd does a great job with them. I also enjoy photographing them around our yard.
We (Grenville) and myself (Beatrice) have a little mini-farm on the VA eastern shore and we love having back door drop-in vitiros. Hope you will stop in sometime...

The sheep shot makes me so jealous whelere you live. I remember you posting about the baby sweater you made. I think it turned out beautifully! Our blueberry season is next month and I am all over that! I can't wait to get out there and pick. I try to eat them almost everyday with my morning yogurt and sometimes make a pie or a crumble with them. Too wonderful!
