Lilacs are my very favorite flower and I didn't have any this year. :-( My sheep ate the little lilac bush that I planted last year and my ex-husband cut down all of the mature ones on the property before he left. I miss lilacs!

I did buy another lilac bush last week and will be planting it in the FRONT yard. (no sheep) Wish me luck!; 7:31 AM

I look forward to the bush blooming every year in the beginning of summer. I wish I had a nice Lilac bush in my yard. Maybe I should think about planting one!; 1:59 PM

Anonymous said...: Gorgeous lilac and I wish I could smell it. I keep threatening to cut off some of our blooms and bring them in the house. I actually have a lilac outside my window that originally came from my grandfather's childhood home so I do not want to do anything to jeopardize it.
